Store Refund and Returns Policy

Overview:

We do NOT offer refunds or returns unless the item you received is incorrect or damaged.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any issues. Please email us at help@coachchijo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item received.

Please contact us at help@coachchijo.com BEFORE returning any damaged or defective items.

Refunds:

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Report to help@coachchijo.com within 7 days of delivery

We only offer exchanges for the same item if it is defective or damaged.
