Training with Coach Chijo is a commitment to excellence. Please arrive fully prepared to get the maximum benefit and development from each training session. The following two are key.
One of the unique aspects of our private lessons is that we require a parent or responsible adult to be present throughout the entire session. Your main responsibility will be to shag balls while your child is learning and practicing. This maximizes the reps because your athlete won’t waste time running after balls. Additionally, if an injury or health situation arises you can care for your child immediately (knocking on wood…so far no issues at our lessons!)
Hydration and Fuel
Private volleyball lessons with Coach Chijo are very fast-paced and action-packed. This level of intensity helps players improve their skills, build stamina, and enhance their overall performance. However, it's essential that your athlete arrives at each training session adequately fueled and hydrated. Also, a good night’s sleep is critical for optimal energy levels on training day.
