This high-energy clinic is all about mastering the two most critical skills in volleyball: serving and passing. Expect fast-paced drills, detailed technical instruction, and a competitive training environment that pushes athletes to grow. It’s fun, intense, and built for serious skill development. Coaches will set a high bar—athletes should be ready to work hard and stay focused throughout. 🏐⚡

Who is this for? This is a Co-ed clinic for players who will play 11U or 12U next club season, so they would typically be 5-6th grade this fall.

🏐 Volleyball Clinic Waiver, Release of Liability, and Media Consent

Please read carefully before signing. This is a legal document.

1. 🛡 Participation Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the above-named minor ("Athlete"), give permission for the Athlete to participate in a volleyball clinic hosted by Coach Chijo LLC, in partnership with Bay Area Sportshouse – BASH (the “Clinic”).

I understand that athletic activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or illness. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of the Athlete’s participation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I hereby release and hold harmless Coach Chijo LLC, Bay Area Sportshouse – BASH, and their employees, contractors, coaches, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims or liabilities—whether caused by negligence or otherwise—arising from the Athlete’s participation in the Clinic.

2. 📸 Media Release and Use of Likeness

I understand that Coach Chijo LLC and Bay Area Sportshouse – BASH may photograph, film, or otherwise record the Athlete during Clinic activities. I grant each organization—and their legal representatives, licensees, assigns, and affiliates—the unrestricted, royalty-free, and perpetual right to use any media they individually capture of the Athlete’s image, voice, and likeness in any format or media, including but not limited to:

Social media (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
Promotional or educational materials
Websites, advertising, and newsletters
Online courses, webinars, or digital products

Each organization retains full ownership and usage rights to the content they produce. This media may be used for commercial, marketing, instructional, or other lawful purposes. I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of such content.

3. ✅ Consent and Acknowledgment

By signing this document, I confirm that:

I am the legal parent or guardian of the above-named Athlete.
I have read and understand the Waiver and Media Release above.
This agreement is binding on me, the Athlete, and our heirs or legal representatives.
I have full legal authority to provide this consent.
